Sales Conditions of Rate

Guarantee Policy
Full payment for the stay is required in advance by credit card at the time of booking. The credit card used for booking must be presented at reception upon the guest’s arrival.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charge applies prior to 16:00 (local time), up to 1 day before arrival. Beyond that time, the amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

Check-in Policy
The room is available from 14:00.

Check-out Policy
The room must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest.

Children Policy
Accommodation and breakfast are free for 2 children under 4 years sharing their parents’ room. For children aged 4 to 12 years: a charge of 1,000.00 THB applies for accommodation, and 200.00 THB for breakfast.

Credit Card Payment Charge
The credit card used for prepayment must be shown at check-in. If the card cannot be shown, guests will be required to pay the room charge in full. The hotel is not responsible for any fees during the refund process.
